At Comercio Partners Limited, I support daily IT operations across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoints, and infrastructure. I manage organisational virtual machines with Proxmox VE and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and networks.
I redesigned the organisation’s flat network into a VLAN-segmented architecture, improving security boundaries, fault isolation, and reliability. I also configured VLANs on a Cisco Layer 2 switch to separate corporate users, guests, servers, CCTV, and access control devices.
After responding to an AWS account compromise, I helped remediate exposed resources and strengthen access controls. I reduced monthly AWS costs by 52.4% through rightsizing, removing unused assets, and storage optimisation; earlier at Tizeti Network Limited, I led a rollout team that deployed more than 3,500 Wi-Fi hotspots across two states.
