I’m looking to lead secure, high-availability IT service delivery using ITIL—owning incident/problem/change, enforcing SLAs, strengthening network security, and improving uptime through strong vendor coordination and clear SOP-driven operations.

I’m an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in network operations, IT service delivery, and infrastructure support across large-scale enterprise environments. I ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability IT systems through effective incident management, network security enforcement, and operational governance.

In my current role, I enforce ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) and oversee daily service delivery so systems, networks, and applications run smoothly. I manage IT budgets, enforce SLAs across multiple locations, coordinate vendors and service providers for efficient contract and license management, and drive SOP documentation and service reporting to management.

My standout wins include designing, deploying, and configuring network infrastructure for Dangote Sugar Refinery in Apapa, improving connectivity and operational efficiency. I also led the migration of 100+ links to business lite platforms by reconfiguring edge routers (Cisco, MikroTik, Sophos) with new public IP parameters, built a technical support guide that reduced onboarding time by 40%, and led a team of 8 to achieve a 99% success rate resolving customer issues.
