I’m a Director-level product and ops leader who thrives in fast-moving, resourceful environments where strategy meets scrappiness. With 12+ years of experience scaling SaaS platforms—especially in healthcare and fintech—I specialize in translating messy workflows into clean, scalable systems that users love and businesses grow from.

I’ve rolled out an AI-driven scheduling platform across 2,400+ clinical sites, built a CMS-style diagnostic ordering tool adopted across thousands of providers, and led a $36M charge capture initiative by turning ops pain points into product wins. Whether I’m aligning with engineers, untangling data flows, or driving user adoption, I move fast and make things work better.
