What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient access, patient coordinator, and healthcare administration role where I can use Epic, scheduling, registration, and insurance verification skills to help patients navigate care and support efficient clinical workflows.

I am also open to working outside of healthcare like a rehabilitation facility or school

At NYU Langone Health, I coordinate patient intake, appointment scheduling, registration, and insurance verification for pediatric and adult gastroenterology services. I use Epic to support families, physicians, and clinical teams while maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant records.

I’ve verified eligibility and benefits for 200+ patients weekly, scheduled colonoscopies, endoscopies, and breath testing, and coordinated prior authorizations and pre-certifications. I’m focused on resolving patient and physician requests clearly and efficiently while making complex healthcare services easier to navigate.
