I am a healthcare operations coordinator optimizing workflows and patient-centered care through data.
I am a healthcare operations and program coordinator focused on improving patient-centered care through data-informed workflow optimization. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY University at Albany in May 2023 and have built practical clinical operations experience since.
In my current role I manage care coordination projects for children in out-of-home placement, schedule medical and specialty appointments, and track services to ensure timely delivery. Previously, I managed end-to-end patient onboarding, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and medical record accuracy in high-volume urgent care settings using Athena, and supported surgical registration and pre-op workflows in EPIC and Eagle. I consistently identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and patient experience.
I bring strong interpersonal skills from community volunteer and mentorship roles, a commitment to HIPAA-compliant record management, and a collaborative approach to cross-agency communication. I aim to apply these strengths to roles that value operational excellence and measurable improvements in patient care.
