What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting healthcare operations through patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and accurate medical documentation in a patient-centered clinical environment.

At NYU Langone's FGP Radiology, I support outpatient scheduling and intake by checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, coordinating pre-authorizations, and scheduling radiologic examinations.

I maintain accurate Epic documentation, monitor intake work queues, collect required HIPAA and patient forms, scan records, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and patients to keep workflows organized. I also handle high-volume patient calls and help ensure procedure, referral, and diagnosis coding is appropriate during verification and pre-certification.

Previously, I supported front-desk operations in a dental office and trained retail teams at NARS Cosmetics, bringing patient-centered communication, professionalism, and attention to detail to every interaction.
