I coordinate high-volume customer service operations at Specialty Solid Waste & Recycling, supporting daily residential driver routes, dispatch activity, work orders, and customer accounts.
I maintain service, asset, inventory, and tonnage records while partnering with routing supervisors, drivers, and office leadership to resolve workflow issues. I also support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable through invoice management, voucher creation, credit card tracking, General Ledger updates, and bi-weekly check runs.
Previously, I prepared detailed construction estimates at Mission Bell Manufacturing, managing bids, schedules, labor and material costs, and multiple high-value projects. I was recognized as a Top 3 Estimator company-wide for sales performance for three consecutive years.
