I'm looking to lead data-led social and integrated marketing campaigns, building audiences, brand reputation, and sustainable growth across paid and organic platforms.

At Performance Communications, I lead social media strategy for automotive brands including Honda, Maserati, Fiat, Triumph, and Leapmotor. I built Leapmotor’s UK social presence from scratch to more than 50,000 community members in under a year, improved Meta CTR by 46% through creative testing, and led a 140-influencer launch campaign that reached 24.7 million people.

Previously at The Running Channel, I grew social media from 1% to over 40% of company income, increased Instagram followers from 70,000 to 138,000 in 18 months, and managed a YouTube channel with over 600,000 subscribers. I combine content development, paid and organic campaign strategy, influencer partnerships, reporting, and platform optimisation to build sustainable audience growth.
