What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role in logistics or support where I can resolve issues, improve CSAT, and grow within a collaborative team.

I am a customer support specialist with hands-on experience in logistics and telecom customer service, skilled at resolving delivery issues, tracking orders, and maintaining high CSAT and communication quality. I have handled inquiries across calls, chat, and email, created and documented tickets, escalated concerns, and met KPI targets such as CSAT, QA, and AHT.
