What I'm looking for

I seek a member-facing administrative role where I can create welcoming experiences, handle scheduling and billing support, and grow within a collaborative team.

I am a people-focused front desk and customer service professional with experience managing check-ins, scheduling, and basic billing at healthcare and retail organizations. I pride myself on clear communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as an Office Administrator at Swift Rehabilitation, I greet patients, verify insurance, handle phone and email correspondence, and keep records organized to support daily operations. Previously, I met performance goals as a remote Customer Service Representative at Vivint and supported sales and customer experiences as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty.

I am organized, comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and fluent in English and German. I enjoy creating welcoming environments, supporting team needs, and helping members feel comfortable and supported.
