At the University of West Florida, I lead Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX compliance for a 15,000+ person university community, overseeing approximately 100 discrimination and harassment reports annually. I created a pregnancy-and-related-conditions support process that increased reports by 550%, manage a $150K operating budget, and train more than 1,000 participants each year.
I’ve also led student conduct, student government advising, residential learning, crisis response, and leadership development across the University of West Florida and Virginia Tech. As a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at the University of Kentucky, I bring a practitioner-scholar perspective on organizational culture, institutional governance, change management, and student success.
