What I'm looking for

I seek a student-focused role where I can lead advising or faculty development, improve retention, and apply data-driven strategies for student success.

I am a higher education professional with extensive experience in academic leadership, faculty development, and career advising, grounded in advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Professional Counseling. I have a strong record of improving student retention and managing academic programs, accreditation, and compliance.

Throughout my career I have served as an associate dean, director of faculty management, faculty trainer, and career advisor, designing and delivering curriculum, leading professional development, and implementing data-driven advising and intervention plans. I routinely manage transcripts, degree planning, and regulatory reporting while supervising and mentoring faculty and staff.

I bring a student-centered approach to advising and instruction, combining case-management principles, career pathway planning, and practical classroom strategies to enhance engagement, persistence, and completion outcomes for diverse learners.
