At Goldey-Beacom College, I serve as the Clery Compliance Coordinator and Campus Safety Survey Administrator, and act as the Title IX Coordinator. I administer student conduct hearings and ensure cases follow appropriate protocols.
I co-chair the Behavioral Intervention and Cares Teams, conducting threat assessments and implementing case management strategies to support student well-being. I also lead educational programs on emergency response, community standards, and conflict resolution.
At Harford Community College, I oversaw the Code of Conduct process and managed the Maxient database for Student Intervention and Conduct Services. I also co-chaired the Campus and Community Response team to develop evidence-based practices addressing gender-based violence.
My earlier work includes advising students at Towson University and recruiting prospective students for the University of Maryland and UMBC. I hold an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership, an M.S. in Applied Psychology, and a B.S. in Psychology.
