What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue investigating Title IX and student conduct matters in a role that values trauma-informed practice, regulatory compliance, fair resolution, and collaborative student support.

At Collin College, I investigate Title IX cases involving faculty and staff from interviews through federally compliant report writing, while adjudicating student conduct cases district-wide.

Previously at the University of North Texas Dallas, I managed conduct cases from intake through resolution, supported Title IX investigations, and used restorative and educational conversations to address conflict. I've also drafted compliance reports under the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act and Clery Act.

My counseling and case-management background across Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, Boston College, and Tufts University helps me approach sensitive matters with objectivity, compassion, and careful attention to student support and risk assessment.
