I’m a talent acquisition and workforce strategy leader with 20+ years of experience building high-impact recruitment pipelines, leading teams, and designing scalable hiring systems. I identify and develop top talent through structured selection processes, strategic partnerships, and data-informed decision-making.
As Vice President for Justice, Equity & Inclusion & Chief Diversity Officer (2021–Present) at Dominican University, I partner with HR and executive leadership to design and implement institution-wide recruitment strategies—improving candidate quality and diversity across faculty and staff roles. I build and mentor cross-functional teams focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.
I’ve built structured hiring frameworks, including standardized interview practices, evaluation rubrics, and selection criteria to strengthen consistency and decision quality.
