I’m looking for an HR/Talent Operations role where I can own recruiting coordination and onboarding at scale, keep compliance audit-ready (I-9/E-Verify), and deliver high-touch candidate experiences while improving workflows with cross-functional partners.

I’m an adaptable, proactive HR professional with enterprise-level experience supporting recruiting operations, onboarding, HR service delivery, compliance, and employee experience. I’m known for balancing accuracy, urgency, and professionalism while navigating complex environments with shifting priorities and high visibility.

In my current role, I coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations in SAP SuccessFactors for a large enterprise client, serving as a frontline HR support resource through ServiceNow for onboarding, policies, hiring processes, and workforce administration. I manage the full recruiting coordination lifecycle—from requisition creation through offer processing, pre-boarding, onboarding logistics, and Day 1 readiness—while maintaining audit-ready compliance for I-9 and E-Verify administration for 100+ monthly hires.

I also strengthen outcomes by partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, legal teams, and operational stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and improve recruiting workflow efficiency. Previously, I supported multi-location healthcare recruiting and onboarding for 50+ monthly hires, acted as an I-9 compliance specialist across sites, and trained/mentored teams on iCIMS workflows and compliance requirements—bringing consistency, clarity, and a strong candidate experience across every step.
