I’m an adaptable, proactive HR professional with enterprise-level experience supporting recruiting operations, onboarding, HR service delivery, compliance, and employee experience. Previously, I supported multi-location healthcare recruiting and onboarding for 50+ monthly hires, acted as an I-9 compliance specialist across sites, and trained/mentored teams on iCIMS workflows and compliance requirements—bringing consistency, clarity, and a strong candidate experience across every step.
