I’m a strategic, people-focused Human Resources professional with 5+ years of experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and multi-state HR compliance across corporate, nonprofit, and field environments.
I’ve strengthened HR operations by improving processes and maintaining accurate HRIS/ATS data while partnering with leadership to support culture, compliance, and employee engagement. I’m experienced with I-9/E-Verify administration, workers’ compensation, FMLA claims, and HR policy implementation.
In my roles, I’ve managed the full hiring lifecycle, supported manager training, and coordinated inclusive hiring and employee engagement events. I’m hands-on with background checks, MVR reviews, compliance audits, and HR metrics reporting to help teams make better people decisions.
