I manage laboratory operations and administrative activities at Willows Healthcare Diagnostics Centre, handling patient inquiries and complaints while coordinating appointments and accurate patient records.

Before that, at Copiasors Ltd, I supported customers by responding to phone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining customer records with follow-up communication.

During my internship at Mercy Stripe Hospital, I assisted with specimen collection and testing while keeping documentation and patient confidentiality in order.

I’m also ALX-certified as a Virtual Assistant, with training in health and social care, plus phlebotomy certification—paired with everyday use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
