As a dedicated and goal-oriented professional, I am excited to embrace new opportunities that will allow me to leverage my customer service expertise and telephone handling skills. My journey began at Alorica, where I managed financial accounts, handled billing and collections, and developed my skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Most recently, I worked with IQOR on a tech-savvy telco account for T-Mobile, where I resolved customer complaints, assisted with billing inquiries, and provided technical troubleshooting. I am eager to bring my experience and enthusiasm to a new role that supports organizational growth and success.
