What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR, People Operations, or organizational development role where I can apply frontline leadership, operations experience, and I-O psychology to improve onboarding, employee performance, workflows, and workplace culture.

At Rarebreed Veterinary Partners' Royersford Veterinary Hospital, I supervise and empower a three-person client services team, contribute to leadership meetings, and serve as right-hand support to the Practice Manager.

I authored and implemented a CSR onboarding handbook and task matrix that cut new-hire training time by 50% while improving consistency, confidence, and long-term retention. I also conduct quarterly performance reviews, develop forms and reports, support operational change, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the practice.
