What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build lasting client relationships, resolve issues, support retention and growth, and apply my experience in sales, account management, and business operations.

At Beaudee Lash Bar NE, I co-own and help operate a $250K+ service business serving more than 200 recurring clients. I strengthen retention and rebooking through responsive service, relationship building, referral initiatives, and marketing programs.

I've also supported guests at Parx Casino in a high-volume environment since 2011, resolving issues quickly, explaining promotions and rewards, and processing jackpots and transactions accurately. I stay calm and service-focused when situations are high pressure.

My background in restaurant service, business operations, scheduling, sales, and upselling has taught me how to create positive customer experiences that keep people coming back.
