I’m an operations-savvy Business Administration graduate who helps coordinate service delivery between clients and execution teams, keeping outcomes on time. I’m known for strengthening workflows through practical templates, clear process documentation, and steady multi-channel communication.

Most recently, I supported operations as an Operations Support Associate by introducing task-tracking templates to improve accountability and reduce delays. I also developed email communication templates, managed digital documentation systems, and produced weekly operational reports to keep stakeholders aligned.

I’ve built broader customer-facing experience through an Operations Internship in a microfinance bank—supporting loan processing, account management, and client onboarding—plus marketing work creating customer engagement campaigns and promotional materials with Canva. I’m excited to bring operational excellence into the energy sector.
