What I'm looking for
I’m an operations-focused support professional with 5+ years of experience helping founders, executives, and business teams streamline daily operations, manage communication workflows, and maintain organized business systems. I’m known for reducing founder workload through structured inbox management, scheduling systems, reporting workflows, and administrative process optimization.
In my roles as an Executive Operations Assistant and Operations & Admin Support Specialist, I managed executive calendars, coordinated meetings and interviews, handled high-volume email correspondence, and organized digital files, contracts, and operational documents for fast retrieval. I also built and maintained structured digital filing systems using Google Workspace so records are easy to find and decision-ready.
Across operations support work—like my internship in Property Management at Wema Bank—I supported facility operations through structured documentation and Reporting. I updated operational databases (utilities, maintenance logs, asset tracking systems), coordinated communication between vendors/contractors and internal teams, and helped standardize reporting templates to improve documentation workflows.
I also bring strong customer operations capability from supporting business inboxes and responding to customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and social platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram).
