What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level Medical Interpreter role where I can bridge communication gaps with accurate, confidential, compassionate interpretation, applying strong medical terminology knowledge, cultural awareness, and professional attention to quality patient care.

I’m a bilingual, culturally sensitive professional fluent in Haitian Creole, English, and French, and I’m trained to provide accurate, confidential, and compassionate interpretation in healthcare settings. I’m guided by medical ethics, confidentiality standards, and interpreter protocols, with a clear focus on accurate communication and patient advocacy.

Through a 40-hour Medical Interpreter Training Program with Alta Language Services, I strengthened my medical terminology knowledge and interpretation techniques for fast-paced, detail-focused environments. I also bring cross-cultural communication strengths from TEFL training and customer service education, and I’ve supported Haitian Creole-speaking individuals as a Language Support Volunteer by translating forms, instructions, and community information while maintaining confidentiality.
