Consuelo Piedra

I am a bilingual Spanish-English interpreter with experience providing translation support across healthcare, education and law enforcement settings. I transition easily between languages to maintain meaning, tone and emotion for all parties.

From 2019 to 2023 I worked as a medical interpreter delivering real-time oral translations during appointments and procedures, ensuring patients understood clinical information. I also serve as an educational interpreter, supporting students' Individualized Education Plans and adapting my approach for children and youth.

Most recently I provided remote customer experience support, multitasking across platforms while resolving guest and client issues efficiently. I am tech-savvy, disciplined and comfortable working in cloud-based and telephonic environments.

I pursue ongoing linguistic and cultural learning and bring strong communication, cognitive and motor skills to every interaction. I aim to support positive outcomes for patients, students and stakeholders through accurate, empathetic interpretation.
