What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology delivery where I can turn client and regulatory requirements into reliable platforms, measurable KPIs, and scalable automation while mentoring teams and improving engineering practices.

I lead technology teams building GovTech, compliance, and digital-transformation solutions. At P.G.C. S.A.S., I guide the engineering team behind SIICO, an organizational-control platform used by Colombian public entities to manage MIPG compliance.

I designed and evolved SARLAFT Monitor, a Python and SQLite restrictive-list screening microservice covering ten Colombian and international lists. I also led an Ubuntu Server migration, strengthened infrastructure planning, and implemented GitLab pipelines for verification, vulnerability analysis, and merge-request publishing.

As co-founder of Niebla Digital, I deliver e-commerce, marketplace, automation, and digital-marketing infrastructure for clients in Colombia, Chile, and Spain. My work has included platforms for real estate, journalism, cultural education, academic course registration, and online marketplaces.

I've also led client-side DevOps delivery in Barcelona, mentoring junior developers, running technical onboarding, and coordinating SCRUM releases through Jenkins CI pipelines. I translate client and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, measurable KPIs, and reliable software delivery.
