Looking for a job

Mijail Molina Lavrishcheva

@mijailmolinalavrishc

I build automated AWS infrastructure, serverless systems, and CI/CD pipelines that improve reliability and delivery speed.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable, secure, automated cloud infrastructure and reliable delivery pipelines, while mentoring teams and contributing to open-source and cybersecurity communities.

I've led cloud modernization work at Edutin Inc., migrating legacy PHP services to Python on AWS Lambda and building highly available serverless solutions with 99.9% uptime and zero-downtime deployments.

I design automated, reproducible infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling. My work has reduced release cycles from days to hours, supported scalable push notifications, and brought self-hosted Jitsi Meet to AWS EC2.

I'm also committed to sharing knowledge: I've mentored 7+ junior developers in Python and GitFlow, teach cybersecurity and AI, and co-organize Red Team Barranquilla.
