Built partner activation processes and use Salesforce for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and partner performance analysis to improve deal velocity and reduce churn.
Led partner GTM strategy across referral, reseller, ISV, MSP, SI, and public cloud partners, scaling annual sales from $3M to $11M. Managed a team of 6 and a portfolio of 30+ strategic channel partners, increasing partner-initiated deal flow by 52% through account planning, co-selling/RFP support, and co-marketing.
Built and optimized customer retention and expansion processes for SaaS and cloud services, managing 250+ customer accounts ($1.5M+) to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. Streamlined onboarding to improve time-to-value (TTV) and partnered with Sales Engineers on technical scoping, infrastructure assessments, and RFP responses to secure new revenue.
Managed 800+ customer accounts across cloud and hosting platforms, driving renewals, upsells, and retention to grow ARR and reduce churn. Led onboarding and SaaS training programs to accelerate adoption, improve CSAT, and increase TTV, while developing data-driven lead generation and renewal forecasting support.
Managed a team of consultants to recommend and sell telecommunications products and services while maximizing revenue per consultant and maintaining strong customer service. Oversaw service order requests (installation, removal, and changes) from customer orders via an online system.
