At Biergarten, I handle sales and marketing with a focus on corporate business development, revenue generation, and brand visibility. I take corporate event enquiries from gathering requirements through proposals, quotations, negotiations, confirmation, and event coordination.
I also promote meal box, catering, and outdoor catering business, while supporting digital promotions and coordinating with operations, events, design, marketing, and external agencies. Previously at Biergarten, I handled guest relations and supported corporate events; at Marriott, I supported restaurant, banquet, and In-Room Dining operations.
