What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead sales growth and training programs, using Lean Six Sigma to improve processes, mentor teams, and strengthen compliant, high-performance channels—preferably in organizations that value measurable results and continuous improvement.

I’m a result oriented sales professional with around 25 years of experience across Sales, Training, and process excellence. I bring a strong blend of Sales Development and Six Sigma methodology to turn strategy into measurable performance.

My most recent leadership role was General Manager – Sales with Exide Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I planned and strategized to achieve business targets, mentored Branch Managers and Sales Managers, supported hiring, and led revenue budgeting and delivery. I also managed compliance and regulatory mandates across my area of control.

Earlier, as Sr. Manager QLSS, I coordinated stakeholders to identify improvement areas and initiated projects that delivered tangible financial gains—specifically Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce revival ORMs and improve URN to CODING of agents with the Sales Training function. As Sr. Manager Training, I supervised and delivered pre and post licensing interventions across multiple regions, building training strategies in coherence with sales leadership.

I’ve also built results through recognition and execution—earning the ING EXCELLENCE AWARD with my training team for activating inactive advisors and increasing productivity. Currently, I’m the Founder of Solisxum Solutions, a B2B online education platform helping education institutes, schools, and experts expand using virtual class rooms and other platform features.

Supervised and trained pre- and post-licensing teams across UP, Uttaranchal, MP, and Chattisgarh, with 24 trainers supporting 40 branches. Built training strategies aligned with sales leadership, recruited training managers and sales leadership, and delivered training MIS and performance handholding, achieving the ING Excellence Award with the team for activating inactive advisors.
