I am a senior management professional with over 40 years of experience in sales, business development, and technology consulting, focused on India and global markets.

I have advised multinational and Indian firms on go-to-market strategies and led deployment of more than 20,000 self-service kiosk terminals across multiple verticals, concentrating on self-service solutions, last-mile digital transformation, and consumer touch points.

For the past 14 years I have run my own technology, IT, and business consulting company, acted as a thought leader publishing widely, and participated as a judge and speaker at industry conferences and seminars.

I am also an author, blogger, podcaster, soft-skills trainer, mentor, and reviewer/co-author of many book chapters, offering retainer consulting, strategic advisory, liaisoning, and representation services to help clients enter and grow in the Indian market.
