I am looking to begin my career in bilingual customer service, call center, sales, administrative support, or operations, where I can contribute a service-oriented attitude and continue growing professionally

I hold an international Cambridge English certification (PET, Grade A, B2 level), which allows me to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. I have experience in commercial support, product promotion, and customer service at events, as well as in operational logistics under pressure.

I am characterized by my responsibility, discipline, and fast learning ability, qualities that I have also strengthened through competitive basketball at the federated level.

I am looking to begin my professional career in bilingual customer service, call center, sales, administrative support, or operations positions, where I can contribute my service-oriented attitude and continue growing professionally.
