What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ServiceNow architecture and product transformation work, building scalable, AI-oriented processes while improving governance, instance health, developer standards, and stakeholder outcomes.

I've designed, developed, and deployed enterprise ServiceNow solutions since the Aspen release, spanning App Engine, ITSM, HAM, ITOM, integrations, and platform governance.

At PJT Partners, I serve as Technical Architect and Product Owner, managing offshore developers and leading a transition from manual flows and custom development toward AI-oriented processes. I restored the platform to an out-of-the-box state without disrupting existing processes and established CMDB governance and data-normalization strategies.

At ClearSkye, I rebuilt a monolithic codebase into microservices, architected a Separation of Concerns product add-on, and created communication standards between the core IGA product and future plugins. Previously at Point72, I raised the ServiceNow HealthScan score from 80% to 98% while building REST and SOAP integration frameworks.

I've also led ITSM architecture at Lazard, owned development practices at NBC Universal, and built full-stack applications at UBM/CMP. I enjoy setting durable engineering standards, mentoring developers, reducing technical debt, and translating business needs into scalable platform designs.
