What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead technology and innovation through human-centred UX research, translate stakeholder needs into product outcomes, and ship AI/automation solutions that create measurable social impact.

I’m a Director of Technology and Innovation, driven by a strong curiosity about human behaviour and interactions. I use my mediation skills to navigate diverse perspectives and contexts, so teams and stakeholders can align on what truly matters.

I specialize in UX research and design thinking, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover insights that lead to meaningful improvements. I focus on identifying and addressing stakeholder needs, using tools and frameworks like benchmarking, information architecture, and user-flow optimization to guide innovative, impactful solutions.

In my recent roles, I’ve built and shaped AI solutions and automation. I developed an AI-powered sales agent for Comestibles Alfa using n8n and the MercadoLibre API, and I’ve also worked on virtual and agent-based sales assistants and management dashboards with automation and omnichannel capabilities.

Earlier in my career, I led research and delivery across public and community contexts—supporting program goals and beneficiaries, producing reports and audiovisual progress materials, and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis for public policy. I bring that same people-centred approach into technology and products, from WordPress UX and usability testing to data visualization with Excel and Power BI.
