I gained skills in this company making cold calls and working as a setter of appointments. Outbound calls and administrative work made up the majority of this effort, such as calling patients and providers for the purpose of organizing and processing paperwork such as evaluations and recommendations from doctors for a Durable Medical supplies required for a condition known as Sleep Apnea.

We manage both incoming and outgoing calls from various Guests pertaining to their planned stays at different Hotels connected to the website booking.com. Refunds, cancellations, modifications, and other reservations-related issues are all things we can take care of.

I started working as a student because I need additional money for my education. I was able to engage and socialize with a variety of customers while working as a waiter. So right after I graduated, I made the decision to apply for a job as a call center agent after realizing I had what it took to satisfy any person l s needs in my field of work.
