What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital product, ERP, and service-design initiatives where I can turn user and business needs into practical roadmaps, prototypes, and delivered services with multidisciplinary teams.

I've delivered digital products and transformation work for Polar London, Bulb, O2, the Ministry of Justice, Discovery Limited, OgilvyOne, BBC, NHS Choices, and major brands including BMW, Unilever, DHL, and Gordon Ramsay.

I turn business requirements into roadmaps, user stories, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and working digital services. My work spans ERP governance, SaaS administration, UX research, service design, Agile delivery, release management, and managing multidisciplinary teams.

I've led teams of developers, designers, strategists, and project managers while keeping delivery aligned to user needs, client vision, budget, quality, and timelines. I also co-founded Brewers Coffee, building its eCommerce platform, brand, marketing strategy, and connections to 13 online eCommerce sites.
