I’m looking to lead AI and digital transformation programs end-to-end—combining agile delivery, data governance, and product strategy—to modernize platforms, strengthen CRM/acquisition operations, and deliver measurable outcomes with strong stakeholder alignment.

I’m an Agile Product / Project Manager and CSPO-certified transformation leader with 19+ years delivering digital platforms and marketing initiatives. I thrive managing complex production flows across global, offshore, and cross-functional teams using both waterfall and agile methods.

My recent work focuses on AI and commercial transformation, including a GDPR-compliant, AI-driven regional engagement programme targeting 10,000+ businesses across the Caribbean. I’ve built AI-assisted survey funnels and incentive mechanisms to improve structured data capture and response rates, while establishing data governance frameworks for compliance, transparency, and audit readiness. I also lead platform architecture efforts, including PostgreSQL integration and future-state scalability roadmaps with microservices, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and 2FA security.
