At Encore Global, I own a portfolio of convention and group clients end to end, from discovery and solution design through pricing, negotiation, delivery, and ongoing account care. I currently sell approximately $4 million a year and have met or exceeded my annual quota every year.

The work I’m proudest of is restoring client relationships: I’ve saved accounts preparing to leave, won back lost business, and corrected issues on accounts I took over. Clients also contact me directly when something goes wrong, and I handle escalations through resolution.

I build account plans, lead regular reviews, and develop tailored proposals that connect each client’s goals with a clear solution and investment. I coordinate with internal technical and operations teams and outside vendors to support complex accounts.

I’ve also managed direct reports in my Senior Sales Manager and Director of Event Technology roles, including coaching and developing team members. Ongoing training in fraud and risk awareness, cybersecurity, phishing awareness, and data privacy has also drawn me to Array’s work in credit and identity protection.
