What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven pursuit leader with 20+ years’ experience in pursuit and sales strategy, helping organizations “influence growing revenue and win rate” through impactful, global must-win deals. As a Senior Manager and Consulting Pursuit Lead at Deloitte, I lead large strategic pursuits and coach teams to execute—most notably driving wins including a $130M preferred services provider deal for the International Olympics Committee, a $100M cyber operate deal for a financial services organization, and a $156M cyber operate deal for an oil & gas company.
I also build and scale global pursuit talent, serving as a team leader, career coach, and mentor while leading internal strategic initiatives to increase wins (win strategies, proposal training, and knowledge sharing). I’ve led training across the full pursuit life cycle, managed pursuit teams based in the US and India, and helped shape Deloitte’s US Pursuit Center of Excellence—staying focused on education, market alignment, and growth in a tech-forward, AI-empowered culture with strong commitment to inclusivity and wellness.

Led large strategic pursuit deals and coaching, including a $130M preferred services provider win for the International Olympics Committee and $100M and $156M cyber operate wins for financial services and oil & gas clients. Managed US/India pursuit teams and served as Strategic Lead for Deloitte’s US Pursuit Center of Excellence, delivering pursuit life-cycle training and formal career coaching.
Led Tier 1/must-win advisory pursuits across private and public sectors and co-led deployment and strategic growth for a 45+ person US/India pursuit team. Drove pursuit onboarding, inclusion initiatives, platform oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and senior leaders.
Managed the advisory pursuit cycle from pre-RFP activities through win themes, proposal writing, and oral presentation coaching. Conducted win/loss intelligence debriefs, incorporated innovation into the pursuit process, and served as interim team leader for a 28+ person team.
Developed strategic proposals and marketing campaigns with business development and client service for new opportunities, authoring proposals and marketing collateral. Served as quality and compliance lead for the proposal process and mentored and onboarded new hires.
