At Tech Performance Centre, I lead operations, product delivery, and software development across training and commercial technology divisions. I own multiple SaaS platforms from business analysis and solution design through deployment and continuous improvement, including a learner management system, reporting platforms, workflow automation systems, client applications, and an AI-assisted assessment platform.

Previously at Sybrin Systems, I delivered enterprise banking and FinTech solutions, including internal core banking systems used by financial institutions across Africa. I led stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, deployments and go-lives, while managing developers and contributing to database design, API integrations, and full-stack development.

I enjoy building high-performing teams, improving delivery governance, and turning business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.
