At TMS DYNAMICS PTY LTD, I work across client account management, development sprint planning, development work, and QA before production releases. I handle feature requests and onboard clients to the system, both on-site and remotely.

I keep in contact with clients, support their use of the system, and liaise with them about features we could build. I also visit client sites to conduct training and coordinate business planning meetings with Directors.
