What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my customer support, team leadership, software troubleshooting, network design, and UX/UI design skills while completing my Information Technology degree.

At Target, I lead specialty sales teams, troubleshoot Target Circle app issues, and help guests make informed purchasing decisions through product knowledge and technology support.

I empower team members to work through roadblocks independently, build trusted guest communication, and deliver planogram transitions for electronic and entertainment products on tight weekly deadlines. I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and have built a desktop gaming computer, designed a mobile travel app mockup in Figma, and created a network design proposal covering devices, topologies, services, protocols, and cost/benefit analysis.
