I'm looking to lead high-volume operations where I can strengthen workforce planning, team performance, process improvement, compliance, and customer experience.

At Alaska Mountain Guides, I lead daily operations for a high-volume tourism company, overseeing four department managers and more than 60 seasonal employees. I manage remote planning, staffing readiness, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination, compliance, cruise line partnerships, and logistics.

Previously, I oversaw multi-city operations at Tapville Social, improving service quality, accountability, inventory management, and profitability through hiring, coaching, SOPs, and performance management.
