What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve high-volume operations, build scalable workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and strengthen compliance, employee engagement, and service delivery in fast-paced environments.

I lead field and administrative operations for American Medical Response in Honolulu, supporting staffing, deployment, compliance, and operational continuity for a high-volume EMS service.

I manage scheduling, timekeeping, and shift logistics for more than 100 employees using Smartsheet and internal systems. I've also developed AMR's internal SharePoint site, improved documentation workflows, and supported QA, SOPs, policy updates, training, onboarding, and employee engagement.

At Hawaiian Airlines, I supported airport operations, flight logistics, flight crews, gate agents, and passengers during irregular operations while maintaining safety and service standards.

As Founder and Operations Director of The Way You Give Foundation, I oversee volunteer management, events, donation logistics, community outreach, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and annual program planning for local families.
