What I'm looking for

Fully remote role in customer support, operations, or care coordination. I thrive on teams with clear communication, solid training, and managers who invest in their people. Mission-driven, healthcare, and people- or animal-focused organizations especially appeal to me. Organized, self-directed, and ready to grow somewhere stable.

I've spent nearly 20 years in jobs where people count on me to keep things running and make them feel taken care of. Most recently, I supported daily operations at a home health agency in Dallas. I managed patient records and schedules in Homecare Homebase, pulled patient information from Epic, routed physician orders through SutureSign, and handled a steady stream of calls from patients, families, clinicians, and doctors' offices.

Before that, I was a receptionist at a senior living community, trained new staff as a training manager for a restaurant group, ran the front desk at a busy pet care business, and spent six years as head bartender at a high-volume Austin brewpub, where I earned my Certified Cicerone credential. Earlier in my career, I managed a youth program in Houston.

Across all of it, I'm the person who stays calm when things get hectic, learns new systems quickly, and trains others to do the same. I recently earned my Associate of Arts and am finishing a BS in Business at University of Phoenix.

I'm looking for a remote role in customer support, operations, or care coordination with a team that values clear communication, good mentorship, and doing right by the people it serves. Mission-driven organizations are especially appealing to me.
