I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in construction, residential service work, and business education. Through customer-facing roles, volunteer leadership, and college coursework in marketing, finance, sales, and business management, I’ve built strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

In construction and residential service settings, I’ve learned how to solve problems on-site and deliver quality work while maintaining job site organization and teamwork. As a Pool Service Technician, I provided customer service to residential clients, diagnosed and reported maintenance issues, and built positive customer relationships while managing routes and scheduling independently.

I also bring a reliable, detail-oriented approach from logistics and production work. As a Box Truck Driver and SRP Packaging Clerk, I safely operated equipment, maintained delivery records, followed quality standards, kept accurate inventory and shipping documentation, and supported on-time order fulfillment in fast-paced environments.

I’m especially drawn to opportunities that provide training and career growth, and I’m motivated to establish a long-term career where I can keep learning. Through full-time missionary service, I developed leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills—always striving to contribute to a team’s success with dependability and a willingness to learn.
