I’m a Customer Care Agent who delivers exceptional support with empathy, patience, and fast problem-solving. I help customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and resolving pet care and purchase-related issues.

In my remote role with Chewy, I engage with customers across multiple channels and use internal resources and databases to deliver accurate solutions in a timely manner. I proactively research inquiries, manage follow-ups, and track cases to ensure issues are fully resolved.

I also bring strong retail and operations experience from working as a Cashier, where I handled transactions accurately, maintained up-to-date knowledge of promotions and new products, and supported a positive in-store experience through recommendations.

Earlier, I worked seasonally as a Construction Laborer, contributing to residential and commercial projects by interpreting blueprints and using hand and power tools. Across customer service, retail, and construction, I stay focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
