What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, US-market sales leadership role where I can build scalable revenue systems, coach people into high performance, and create a culture where accountability and meaningful growth go together.

At Premier Fitness Services, I lead outbound acquisition, customer success, equipment sales, and repair revenue across a 15-person team. I rebuilt the outbound system to triple close rates from 5% to 15% and helped reps progress from one deal per week to two or three.

I built the equipment sales department from scratch, growing it from $200K to nearly $1M in annual revenue in one year. I also personally closed the company’s largest equipment deal at just under $200,000 while building SOPs, KPI systems, campaigns, hiring processes, and structured coaching routines that make performance repeatable.

I’m motivated by helping people exceed what they thought possible. From coaching sales reps into campaign leaders to building a remote fitness business with 60 active clients, I bring hands-on sales leadership, direct feedback, and a purpose-driven approach to developing people and revenue.
