I’m Jane, a customer support virtual assistant who helps Shopify and B2C e-commerce brands keep customers satisfied, informed, and confident in their purchases. I focus on clear communication, timely responses, and representing your brand as if it were my own.
In my freelance customer support work, I manage real customer conversations and handle order-related concerns and product inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
