Previously at Accenture Inc., I provided application and production support, resolved incidents, troubleshot technical issues, and helped maintain SLA compliance for complex software applications.

I've also built a student portal mobile application with Lyceum of the Philippines University - Cavite, using Figma, Flutter, PHP, and Android Studio to deliver events, announcements, calendars, to-do lists, and separate admin and student access.
